Mowing of the pond dam and removal of biomass

Summary

The contract concerns environmental services for mowing the pond dam and removing biomass in the Hadra pond complex on a 3-hectare area, located within the Hadra pond complex in Park Krajobrazowy Lasy nad Górną Liswartą, Herby commune, Silesian Voivodeship, Poland. The works are planned for 2026–2028. The contractor must minimize environmental impact, use specialized equipment (e.g., reach mowers or equivalent), and comply with strict rules prohibiting wheel or tracked machinery within sites of protected plant species, preventing soil erosion and water pollution, and keeping biomass on-site secure until it is removed off-site at the contractor's expense; burning biomass is prohibited. Prior to each planned operation, the contractor must notify the ordering party’s responsible employee and mark sites of sensitive plant species; biomass must be stored securely until disposal at approved sites outside the project area.
