Purchase and periodic delivery of washed sand with 0–2 mm grading as required by the contracting authority

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase and periodic delivery of washed natural sand with 0–2 mm grading. The basic estimated quantity is 1,000 Mg, with an optional quantity of up to 500 Mg. The sand must comply with PN-EN 13242+A1:2010 or an equivalent standard, contain no artificial or recycled aggregates, slag, waste or foreign contaminants, and be suitable for road and paving construction applications. The supplier must deliver the material to the contracting authority’s premises in Police or another indicated location within the specified area, using its own transport and at its own cost. Each delivery must be at least 25 tonnes, supported by a certified weighing record, and normally completed within 72 hours of an order. The contract will run for 15 weeks from signature or until the applicable quantity is exhausted. The contracting authority may order less than the basic quantity, but not less than 50% of 1,000 Mg. The tender must be submitted electronically in Polish by 23 September 2026 at 10:00. Only one tender may be submitted; variant and partial tenders are not allowed. Price is the only award criterion and carries 100 points. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
