The tender concerns bus transportation for social integration activities under the Razem możemy więcej – integracja społeczna w Gminie Józefów project. It includes Part I: eight coach trips to religious-cultural routes and cinema/theatre visits; Part II: two cinema trips for 42 and 50 participants under the Center for Social Services in Józefów project. The service runs from contract signing to 30 June 2027, with travel dates to be agreed. Requirements include minimum seating capacity (34 for Part I and 50 for Part II), air conditioning, first aid kit, luggage space, drivers with valid licenses, safety and supervision, replacement vehicle if needed, invoicing per trip based on actual kilometers, VAT considerations, confidentiality and data protection, and subcontracting permitted under certain conditions.
