Thermal modernization and replacement of the roof covering of the Pionki Municipal Sports Hall

Summary

The tender concerns the thermal modernization and replacement of the roof covering of the Pionki Municipal Sports Hall, located at Sosnowej Street 3. The works include dismantling and disposing of old insulation and roofing, cleaning and repairing leaks, installing a vapor barrier, a 20 cm EPS 150 insulation layer, laying a base and top roof coverings, SBS-modified bitumen roofing with mineral aggregate, installation of new metalwork and downpipes, and painting interior walls where leaks occurred. The detailed scope is in SWZ attachment 5. The works must be completed within 42 days from signing the contract, but no later than 30 November 2026. The bid bond is PLN 5,000. Bids are submitted electronically. Evaluation will use price (60%) and warranty (40%). The procurement is not financed by EU funds.
