Water park construction

Summary

This tender concerns the construction of Water Town – a family water attractions park in Suwałki, including design and construction works and installation of park facilities and systems. The contract covers design and construction tasks such as site measurements and as-built documentation, road surface demolition and earthworks, substructure and pavement works, as well as the installation and supply of water park equipment and systems (filtration system, water supply and drainage, pumps, valves, control systems and related infrastructure). The total duration of the contract is 210 days from the signing of the contract, with Phase I (design) for 100 days and Phase II (construction) to be completed within 210 days. Payment terms are 30 days after invoice submission with the necessary checked documents.
