Carrying out the duties of an investor supervision inspector in construction, sanitary and electrical sectors

Summary

This tender concerns investor supervision services for the project 'Change of use with reconstruction of the former school into the Regional Center for Ecological Education Skarb Czarnoziemu' in Ślipczu. The project is funded by Swiss assistance and the Poland–Switzerland City Development Program. The assignment is divided into three parts: I) construction/building supervision, II) sanitary supervision, III) electrical supervision. The contractor must provide an investor supervisor on-site at intervals to ensure effective supervision, be available for urgent on-site needs, and coordinate with the client and other stakeholders.
