Roof modernization of the Interventions and Therapeutic Center building and the boiler house at Żniwna 4

Summary

The bidder must demonstrate experience with roofing projects: at least one roofing replacement in the last five years, with references. The bidder must have the technical and professional capacity to perform the works. If relying on resources from other entities, the bidder must provide a commitment from the resource-provider confirming access to those resources and absence of grounds for exclusion (Annex 4 SWZ). If required, provide a list of employees employed under an employment contract (Annex 8 SWZ). The bidder may subcontract parts of the works, but must designate which parts and which subcontractors, and remains fully responsible. The purchaser imposes no additional economic/financial requirements beyond those specified and does not require turnover thresholds.
