Summary

The contract concerns renovation works in 4 vacant residential units. The total estimated price is PLN 240,875.10 (gross) for the entire scope. Works include replacement of windows and doors, floor renovation, plastering and finishing, interior finishing, painting, and plumbing and electrical installations, as well as related works according to the design documents. The works are to be carried out by a single general contractor. Key participation requirements: at least two on-site workers; a works supervisor with construction qualifications and current registration with the District Chamber of Civil Engineers RP.
