Adaptation of rooms for assisted living apartments

Summary

This procurement concerns construction works to convert part of a service building in Kocina into a 62 m² dwelling (assisted living apartment). The scope includes creating a new functional layout, partitions, new openings in walls and doors, and adapting existing installations with finishing work in accordance with the project. The contract is awarded based on price (60%) and an extended warranty (G) period (40%). A bid guarantee of 5% of the bid price is required. The selected bidder must demonstrate technical/professional capacity, provide references for works completed in the last five years (at least one project valued at PLN 150,000 gross), present a qualified project manager and key staff (construction manager, site supervisor, ventilation/MEP specialist, plumbing/installation specialist, electrical engineer), and addresses subcontracting if applicable. The execution deadline is 15 December 2026. Subcontracting rules, contract conditions, and documentation requirements are defined in the SWZ.
