Modernization of residential premises owned by the City of Włocławek

Summary

The tender concerns modernization of residential premises owned by the City of Włocławek, divided into ten tasks. The procurement will be evaluated on price (60%) and time to complete (40%). The maximum completion period is 60 days from contract signing. The bidder must comply with employment and safety requirements and provide evidence of at least two renovations of residential premises in the last five years. A warranty period of at least 60 months applies. The contract may include an option to perform up to 15% additional works. Bid security is required for each task (Task 1: 645 PLN; Task 2: 588 PLN; Task 3: 628 PLN; Task 4: 117 PLN; Task 5: 718 PLN). The bid is valid until 31 October 2026. Negotiations may be conducted as part of the process.
