Promotion of the project under the European Funds for Świętokyskie 2021–2027 Programme: Construction of the Końskie Bypass, Stage II – from DW 749 to DK 42

Summary

This is a service procurement for information and promotional activities relating to the construction of the Końskie bypass, Stage II, from DW 749 to DK 42, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the European Funds for Świętokyskie 2021–2027 Programme. The contractor must create and operate a project website, create and manage a social media profile, and organise a press conference at an important stage of the project. The contract runs until 31 December 2028. If the construction works are extended, the contracting authority may exercise an option for up to six additional months of website and/or social media management at the unit prices stated in the tender. Price is the only award criterion, with a 100% weighting. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 September 2026 at 10:00. Performance security is required.
