Renovation of the outdoor gym at Bajka Park

Summary

The tender covers the renovation of the outdoor gym at Bajka Park, to be completed within 50 days. The works include partial dismantling of existing equipment and surfaces, earthworks and concrete works, installation of a new EPDM safety surface and concrete edging, supply and installation of 10 new outdoor gym units and an information board, restoration of damaged landscaping, waste management and preparation of as-built documentation. Before acceptance, an accredited company must carry out a pre-acceptance inspection of the equipment and surfaces. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 1 October 2026 at 11:00. The award criteria are the gross tender price (60%), the warranty and defect-liability period for the safety surface (20%), and the warranty and defect-liability period for the installed equipment (20%). Participation requires third-party liability insurance of at least PLN 500,000, at least two properly evidenced similar works completed during the last five years, and a PLN 5,000 tender guarantee.
