Comprehensive organization of entertainment events with artistic performances

Summary

The contract covers the organization of three entertainment events with artistic performances. Each event may have up to 360 participants, including up to 180 children aged 7–14 and up to 180 participants aged 15 or over. The organizer must provide a multimedia presentation and film screening for children, a screening of the film “The Doll” for participants aged 15 or over, two prize-winning quizzes about the life and work of Boleslaw Prus, and refreshments for all participants. The events will take place in a cinema in the Wola district or within 1 km of its administrative boundary; the bidder will select the cinema before signing the contract. The services must be completed by 10 December 2026 at the latest. Price is the only award criterion.
