Summary

The tender covers four lots for repairing bituminous road surfaces in and around Świerklaniec: an approximately 460-metre section of Wolności Street, an approximately 85-metre section of Orzechowska Street, an approximately 141-metre section of Szopena Street, and an approximately 330-metre side road between Nakielska Street and Marcepanowa Street. Bids may be submitted for all lots, and there is no limit on the number of lots that may be awarded to one bidder. The performance period is 56 days for each lot. The bid deadline is 30 September 2026 at 08:00, with opening at 08:30. The evaluation criteria are price at 60% and the warranty and guarantee period at 40%. The bidder must prove the required previous road-repair experience, have the necessary equipment, submit the required declarations and provide performance security.
