Construction of an internal road on plot no. 226/5 in Berzyna, Komorowo precinct – stage I

Summary

The tender concerns construction of the first 200-metre section of an internal road on plot no. 226/5 in the Komorowo area of Berzyna. The works include a 5-metre-wide concrete-paving-stone carriageway, a 1.8-metre-wide footway, street lighting, a utility duct, earthworks and pavement layers, kerbs, road signs and restoration of landscaped areas. The planned completion period is 60 days and the tender submission deadline is 30 September 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically and documents must be prepared in Polish.
