Improving access to small-scale social infrastructure in Niemienice Kolonia

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a publicly accessible recreational area in Niemienice Kolonia. The works include a playground, an outdoor gym, a gravel-surfaced area, an impact-attenuating safety surface and a panel fence, together with installation of the equipment. The project includes 5 playground items, 5 outdoor gym items or sets, 175 m² of safety surfacing, 237 m² of compacted gravel surfacing and 167 metres of 2D panel fencing. The expected completion period is 30 days and the tender submission deadline is 30 September 2026. The award criteria are price (60%) and the warranty period for the construction works (40%); the offered warranty must be between 36 and 60 months.
