Construction of playgrounds and recreational areas in the villages of Mirzec I and Trębowiec – Lots 1 and 2

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of playgrounds and recreational areas at two locations: Mirzec I and Trębowiec. Lot 1 includes, among other things, preparatory works, playground, outdoor gym, landscaping and fencing works; Lot 2 includes playground, outdoor gym, sand surfacing and fencing works. A tender may be submitted for one or both lots, which will be evaluated separately. The works must be completed within three months of contract signature. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 30 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries a 60% weight and the warranty period 40%; the minimum warranty is 24 months. Participation requires evidence of the specified playground construction experience, construction manager qualifications and experience, third-party liability insurance of at least PLN 200,000, and a PLN 3,000 tender guarantee for each lot.
