The procurement covers balcony renovation works in multi-family residential buildings divided into two lots. Lot 1 concerns balconies at Strzelecka 21/25 and 27/29 and has a 70-day completion period. Lot 2 covers the renovation of three balconies at Pełczyńskiego 28 apartment 7, Pełczyńskiego 28B apartment 18 and Pełczyńskiego 28A apartment 79 and has a 30-day completion period. Bids may be submitted for both lots. Bids will be evaluated on price (85%) and warranty period (15%). The bidder must demonstrate the required previous balcony or loggia renovation experience, provide the required declarations and evidence, and submit the tender electronically in Polish.
