Modernization of municipal roads in Lipowa Municipality

Summary

The tender covers the reconstruction and repair of five municipal roads in the Lipowa, Twardorzeczka and Leśna areas. The works include replacing and levelling asphalt surfaces, supplementing road bases and shoulders, reinstating property access points, constructing a new concrete-slab surface, adjusting manholes and service valves, and providing surveying services. The road sections range from 52 to 906 metres and must be completed within 45 days of contract signature. The tender must be submitted electronically by 30 September 2026 at 10:00. A PLN 3,000 tender guarantee is required. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and the warranty and defects-liability period (40%): 36 months gives 0 points, 48 months gives 20 points and 60 months gives 40 points. A warranty shorter than 36 months will result in rejection. The bidder must demonstrate at least one qualifying roadworks reference involving a mineral-bituminous surface of at least 500 m² and the availability of a qualified road construction manager.
