Construction of modular sports changing rooms at the Gdansk sports complexes on Grunwaldzka 244 and Meissnera 5

Summary

The tender covers, in two lots, the design, manufacture, delivery and installation of modular container sports changing rooms with sanitary facilities in Gdansk. The basic works include preparing the design documentation, obtaining approvals and producing, delivering and installing three modules; the authority may additionally order connections to water and electricity networks, testing, the occupancy permit procedure, as-built documentation and, for Lot 2, user training. The basic works must be completed within 3 months and no later than 15 December 2026; optional works must be completed within 8 months of contract signature. The tender deadline is 2 October 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion. Participation requires at least one similar reference worth at least PLN 100,000, a qualified designer and works manager, a tender guarantee of PLN 4,500 or PLN 6,000, and compliance with the 5% performance security and liability insurance requirements.
