Supply of soups, sauces, spices and vegetarian products

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of soups, sauces, spices, instant meals and vegetarian products in two lots. A tender may be submitted for both lots, and price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. The contract runs until 31 December 2027. The contracting authority may exercise an option of up to 100% of the net base contract value for task 1 and up to 200% for task 2; quantities of each product may be increased by up to 300%, subject to the authority’s needs and available funding. Participation requires evidence of the right to handle food, the required previous delivery experience, and implementation of an HACCP system. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the contract price.
