Sanitary maintenance of Warsaw’s Praga-North district housing stock until 30 November 2026 – service areas 2 and 3

Summary

The tender covers sanitary maintenance and other necessary repair works for 270 municipal buildings and residential premises in 94 condominium buildings in Warsaw’s Praga-North district until 30 November 2026. Works will be ordered on an ongoing basis according to the maintenance needs of the properties. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 30 September 2026 at 00:00. The award criteria are bid price (50%), the gross price of sample works in buildings and residential premises of up to 150 m² (10%), and the warranty period (40%).
