Renovation of the building at 14 Wielkopolska Street to create the Old School ArtHub

Summary

The tender concerns the comprehensive renovation of the building at 14 Wielkopolska Street in Szczecin to create the Old School ArtHub. The works include, among other things, rubble removal, finishing, painting and glazing works, carpentry and joinery works, and sanitary and electrical installations. The contract period is 360 days and variant or partial tenders are not allowed. The evaluation criteria are price at 60%, warranty period at 20% and the amount of the contractual penalty at 20%. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 30 September 2026 at 10:00. Participation requires evidence of the required construction experience and qualified personnel, as well as a PLN 25,000.00 tender guarantee.
