Design and construction of household wastewater treatment plants in Igołomia-Wawrzeńczyce Municipality

Summary

The tender covers the design, supply, installation and commissioning of 70 household biological wastewater treatment plants in Igołomia-Wawrzeńczyce Municipality. The works include geotechnical and hydrogeological investigations, preparation of design documentation and obtaining the required approvals, sewer connections, discharge of treated wastewater into the ground, electrical supply, technical and technological commissioning, author supervision, and preparation of as-built and geodetic documentation. Accredited testing of treated wastewater must be carried out for 10% of the completed facilities, with at least 17 samples, within 90 days of final acceptance. The works must be completed by 29 October 2027. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 30 September 2026 at 12:00. Price carries 60% of the evaluation and the warranty and defects-liability period carries 40%; the offered period must be between 60 and 84 months. The successful tenderer must provide performance security equal to 5% of the contract value.
