Adaptation of electrical infrastructure and installation of manual switches to provide emergency power at four educational facilities of the Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Municipality

Summary

The tender covers the design and reconstruction of electrical power systems at four educational facilities of the Kalwaria Zebrzydowska Municipality so they can be safely supplied by a mobile generator. The scope includes installation of mains–0–generator manual transfer switches, connection sockets, enclosures and cables, as well as the necessary designs and approvals, measurements, functional tests, as-built documentation and user training. The generators themselves are excluded from the scope. The works must be completed at all four operating educational facilities within 2 months of contract signature. The bid deadline is 30 September 2026 at 9:00. Price carries 60% and an extended warranty carries 40%; the minimum warranty is 60 months, while offering 72 or 84 months earns 20 or 40 points respectively. No participation conditions, bid guarantee or performance security are required, but bidders must comply with the exclusion, electronic submission, Polish-language documentation and employment-relationship requirements.
