Reconstruction of the City Hall building to adapt the underground floor as a temporary shelter

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction of the Kozienice City Hall building to adapt its underground floor as a temporary shelter. The floor will have a dual use: a shelter during emergencies and, in normal conditions, storage, service and technical support space for administrative and office functions. The works include construction and demolition, structural strengthening, window and door works, electrical, ventilation, heating, water and sewerage installations, construction of an emergency exit, supply and installation of equipment and furnishings, testing, as-built documentation, user training and warranty-period servicing. The expected contract duration is 2.5 months and the tender deadline is 30 September 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and the warranty period for 40%.
