Design-and-build renovation works for selected residential rooms of Warsaw University of Technology in lots

Summary

The procurement covers the design and renovation of selected residential rooms of Warsaw University of Technology under a design-and-build arrangement. It is divided into three lots, and tenders may be submitted for all lots. Lot I covers rooms at 75 Koszykowa Street and 22 Nowowiejska Street and has a 15-month duration; Lot II covers 12/18 Nowowiejska Street, 7 Lwowska Street and 19 Wawelska Street; and Lot III covers 6 and 8 Waryńskiego Street, with an expected duration of 10 months for each of the latter two lots. The works include construction, demolition, finishing, electrical, sanitary, heating, ventilation and design works. Tenders will be evaluated by price (60%), extended warranty period (10%) and the quality of the design team’s staffing potential (30%). The tender deadline is 6 October 2026. Bidders must meet the insurance, previous experience and qualified personnel requirements and submit their tenders electronically in Polish.
