Summary

The procurement covers construction works for a community life centre in the Gmina Kowal area, divided into two lots. Lot 1 concerns the renovation and furnishing of the village community centre in Grabkowo, including façade renewal, renovation of the external platform and stairs, replacement of doors and floors, and interior finishing with furnishings. Lot 2 concerns reconstruction of the outdoor stage in Krzewent, including adaptation of the existing recreational shelter, demolition and earthworks, construction of a paved platform, installation of a modernised shelter structure and lighting. A bidder may tender for one or both lots. The works must be completed within 60 days of contract signature. The tender deadline is 30 September 2026 at 09:00. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the warranty must be at least 24 months and periods up to 60 months are scored. Participation requires evidence of the specified previous works, liability insurance and works-manager qualifications for Lot 1, and liability insurance and works-manager qualifications for Lot 2.
