Renovation of a Garage Building to Create Storage Space for Civil Protection in Swiekatowo

Summary

The tender concerns the first-stage renovation of a 13-bay garage and storage building in Swiekatowo to create storage space for civil protection and civil defence purposes. The works include preparatory and demolition works, repair and corrosion protection of the concrete roof structure, roof waterproofing and a new heat-welded membrane covering with rainwater drainage, installation of new garage doors, windows and an external door, and cleaning, priming and painting the façade. Price accounts for 80% of the evaluation and the warranty period for 20%; the warranty must be at least 36 months. Bidders must also provide 5% performance security, civil-liability insurance of at least PLN 300,000, and comply with the requirement to employ construction workers under employment contracts.
