Modernisation of the beach in Czarna Wieś – stage III

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for stage III of the modernisation of the beach area in Czarna Wieś. The works include, among other things, construction of retaining walls and related structures, earthworks and foundation works, reinforced-concrete structures, damp-proofing and water protection, stairs, floors and terraces, ventilation, water, sewerage and electrical installations, LED lighting, and the relocation and connection of catering and toilet containers. The works must be completed within 2 months of contract signing and no later than 14 December 2026. The bidder must demonstrate the proper completion of at least one construction project worth at least PLN 600,000 gross during the last 5 years and provide a suitably qualified construction manager, sanitary works manager and electrical works manager. The tender guarantee is PLN 10,000 and the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross tender price. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 1 October 2026 at 14:30. Evaluation is based on price at 60% and the warranty period at 40%.
