Thermal modernisation of the Pyrzyce Municipal Office building and two associated buildings

Summary

The contract covers the design and thermal modernisation works for the Pyrzyce Municipal Office building and two buildings used for archives and storage, under a design-and-build arrangement. The works include insulation, upgrades to heating, water and sewerage, hot-water, mechanical ventilation, lighting and photovoltaic systems, as well as room renovations. The buildings must be adapted to current technical and operational requirements and made accessible to people with special needs. The sites are located within a historic urban area under heritage protection, so the works require approval from the competent heritage authority and must comply with an ornithological and bat survey. The bidder must provide a PLN 100,000 tender guarantee no later than 30 September 2026 at 10:00. Tenders and documents must be submitted electronically in Polish. The completion deadline is 31 October 2028. Price carries 60 points and an extension of the warranty and liability period carries 40 points; the minimum warranty and liability period is 60 months.
