Summary

The tender concerns construction of a section of Wypoczynowa Street in Szczecinek, in accordance with the design documentation, technical specifications and permanent traffic-management arrangements. Works must start within 7 days after handover of the construction site and must be completed within 6 months from contract signing. The bidder must provide a list of construction works completed during the last five years with evidence of proper performance, confirm that no exclusion grounds apply and submit an electronic tender in Polish. The minimum warranty period is 36 months; it may be extended by up to 24 months, and the extension carries a 40% weighting in the award criteria. The performance security is 5% of the gross contract value.
