Czarnotka stream bank repair over 15 metres upstream of building no. 72 in Gierczyn – Procedure 2

Summary

The tender concerns the repair of a damaged stone bank wall on the Czarnotka stream over a length of 15 metres upstream of building no. 72 in Gierczyn. The works include, among other things, dismantling the existing wall and constructing a new one, excavation, pumping water, constructing the foundation and wall, pointing, drainage, temporary stream protection works, stump removal, backfilling and restoration of the surrounding area. The works must be completed by 30 October 2026. The bidder must have completed at least two comparable stone retaining-wall projects during the last 5 years, with a combined value of at least PLN 30,000.00 gross. The team must include a site manager with the required construction qualifications and chamber membership certificate, as well as at least one additional worker capable of performing the contract. A mandatory site visit, a PLN 690.00 tender guarantee and electronic submission in Polish by 6 October 2026 at 11:00 are required. Tenders will be evaluated on price, worth 60 points, and warranty period, worth 40 points. The warranty must be at least 36 months; 48 months receives 30 points, while 60 months or more receives 40 points. The contract is not divided into lots, and the contracting authority may negotiate the tender content.
