Building Management System (BMS)

Summary

The tender covers a complete BMS solution for a new production and warehouse hall, together with connection to, expansion and modernisation of the existing system in the buildings of the Bialystok Science and Technology Park. The system must control ventilation, lighting, heating and cooling, monitor electrical and sanitary installations, enable meter readings, and detect and report emergency conditions. The tenderer must demonstrate at least one completed BMS project from the last five years with a gross BMS works value of at least PLN 400,000.00, provide a PLN 20,000.00 tender guarantee, and submit an electronic bid in Polish by 2 October 2026 at 09:00. The works must be completed within 13 months of contract signature. A minimum 60-month warranty is required; bids are evaluated on price (60%) and warranty period (40%). The contractor must also train at least four contracting-authority employees for at least 32 lesson hours, comply with occupational safety, environmental and waste-management requirements, and generally employ people performing the relevant construction work under employment contracts.
