Repair of paving and stairs at the premises of the municipal and housing services company in Tomaszów Lubelski

Summary

The tender covers the repair of paving and external stairs at the PGKiM premises in Tomaszów Lubelski. The site works include, among other tasks, dismantling and reusing 280 m² of concrete paving blocks, deepening and compacting the sub-base, installing 1,618 m² of 6 cm Holland-type paving blocks, strengthening 809 m² of the existing base with B15 concrete, installing kerbs, palisades, entrance platforms and a 4 m linear drainage channel, and adjusting 5 sewer manhole covers. The approximately 32 m² of ceramic stair surfacing must be replaced with slip-resistant outdoor block steps and terrace slabs at least 4 cm thick, and the existing handrail must be temporarily removed and reinstalled. The works must be completed within 2 months of signing the contract, with a minimum 60-month warranty for the works and materials. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 30 September 2026 at 11:00. Price is the only award criterion. Participation requires, among other things, at least two properly completed paving-block work references, each worth at least PLN 100,000 net and completed within the last 5 years, as well as the mandatory site-visit report.
