Supply of precision air-conditioning cabinets

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of precision air-conditioning cabinets in three lots: one 9.1 kW unit, one 11.8 kW unit and one 19.4 kW unit. Bids may be submitted for all lots. The equipment must comply with standard PN-EN ISO 139 and must be delivered within 60 days of contract signature, but no later than 30 November 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 23 September 2026 at 07:00. The award criteria are price weighted at 60% and warranty period weighted at 40%; the minimum required warranty is 12 months, with 24- or 36-month warranties also permitted.
