Construction and reconstruction of a forest road in the Glisno Forestry District

Summary

The tender covers the construction of a forest road together with the reconstruction of a forest road in the Glisno Forestry District. The works include site preparation, earthworks and road-surface works, as well as surveying during construction and as-built surveying. The contractor must provide its own tools, materials and equipment, use first-grade compliant materials and include site facilities, waste removal and all costs necessary for proper completion. The works must be completed within 40 calendar days from handover of the construction site. Bids must be submitted electronically by 29 September 2026 at 09:00, and must be prepared in Polish. The bid must cover the entire scope; partial or variant bids are not permitted. The award criteria are price at 60% and the quality warranty period at 40%. The minimum warranty is 36 months, while up to 60 months is taken into account for evaluation. A bid guarantee of PLN 3,900 is required. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total bid price before contract signature. Materials and equipment must meet the technical documentation and applicable Polish standards, and equivalent solutions are allowed only if their equivalence is demonstrated. Persons performing construction machinery and equipment operations must be employed under an employment relationship where the applicable legal conditions are met.
