Renovation of the water reservoir in Rząśno

Summary

The tender concerns the renovation of a water reservoir in Rząśno to improve its agricultural functionality. The contractor must survey the reservoir and surrounding vegetation, analyse water pollution and fish stock, obtain any required administrative and water-law approvals, remove silt, clean and reinforce the banks, improve technical infrastructure, manage excavated material and provide the required as-built, geodetic, photographic and environmental documentation. The reservoir is approximately 59.40 × 24.60 metres, with a water surface of about 1,352 m². The works must be completed within 2 months of signing the contract. A bid guarantee of PLN 3,000 is required. The award criteria are gross price (60%) and the warranty period (40%); the warranty options are 60, 72 or 84 months. The selected contractor must provide a 5% performance security and liability insurance covering at least the gross contract value, and must employ workers performing specified manual and construction activities under employment contracts.
