Construction works for renovating Krucza municipal road in Wołomin between Wołomińska and Graniczna Streets

Summary

The tender concerns the renovation of Krucza municipal road in Wołomin, on the section between Wołomińska Street and Graniczna Street. The works include preparatory and demolition works, earthworks, a concrete-recycled-material sub-base, an asphalt-recycled-material surface, vegetation protection and tree removal, temporary traffic organisation, adjustment of water and sewer infrastructure, finishing works and site restoration. The contractor must manage demolition waste, provide disposal documents, transfer felled timber to the contracting authority and transfer the economic copyrights to the as-built documentation. The contract period is two months. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 29 September 2026 at 10:00. Award criteria are price, weighted at 60%, and warranty period, weighted at 40%. A PLN 3,000 bid guarantee is required, and a performance guarantee is also required.
