Renovation and conservation works at the building housing the Gustaw Herling-Grudzinski Provincial Pedagogical Library in Kielce

Summary

The tender concerns renovation and conservation works at the building housing the main headquarters of the Pedagogical Provincial Library named after Gustaw Herling-Grudzinski in Kielce. The listed works include repairing cornices and render, cleaning and repainting facade sections affected by graffiti, cleaning and painting steel window grilles and railings, replacing or installing gutters and downpipes, adding SBS heat-welded roofing felt, constructing linear drainage, removing a disused coal chute and sealing it with a reinforced-concrete slab, waterproofing, and reinstating paving. The works concern a listed historic building and must be carried out in accordance with the design documents, technical specifications, conservation requirements, applicable standards and the instructions of the supervising personnel. The contract is not divided into lots. Completion is required by 14 December 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 29 September 2026 at 10:00. The estimated value is PLN 65,040.65. Evaluation is based on gross price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the minimum warranty period is 36 months and periods above 60 months receive no additional evaluation points. No bid guarantee is required.
