Extension of the water supply network and pressurized sanitary sewer network on Zagumienna and Brzozowa Streets in Juraszki

Summary

The tender covers construction works to extend the water supply network and the pressurized sanitary sewer network on Zagumienna and Brzozowa Streets in Juraszki. The works include approximately 221 metres of PE100 pressurized sanitary sewer pipe, including an 8-metre road crossing, and approximately 330 metres of PE100 water supply pipe, including two road crossings, together with the specified manholes, valves and hydrant. The contract must be completed within 2 months of signing. Offers must be submitted electronically by 30 September 2026 at 10:00, and the offer must remain binding until 29 October 2026. Price is the only award criterion. A PLN 500 bid guarantee is required, and the successful contractor must provide performance security equal to 2% of the gross tender price. The contractor must provide a 36-month written warranty, employ workers carrying out general construction work and excavator operation under employment contracts, and submit the required employment declaration within 5 days of signing. The offer must be prepared in Polish and submitted electronically with an accepted electronic signature.
