Construction of 18 terraced single-family houses with related infrastructure in Borne Sulinowo

Summary

The tender covers the construction of 18 two-unit detached houses in a terraced development, a technical building, related infrastructure and landscaping at plot 106/11 in Borne Sulinowo, together with obtaining the occupancy permit. The buildings are to use prefabricated spatial modules with timber frame construction. The contract must be completed within 12 months of signature. The bidder must demonstrate at least PLN 8,000,000 in funds or credit capacity, third-party liability insurance of at least PLN 10,000,000, and recent experience with 2–3 turnkey timber prefab construction projects completed within the last 5 years, with a combined gross value of at least PLN 10,000,000. A PLN 100,000 bid guarantee is required. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish, signed by an authorized person, and comply with the procurement documents. Only one bid is allowed and partial bids are not accepted. The bidder must personally carry out the key prefabrication of internal walls, external walls, floor slabs and roofs. General construction, sanitary, electrical and road works must be performed by persons employed under employment contracts. Award criteria are gross price, weighted at 70 points, and the offered construction-work warranty period, weighted at 30 points. The warranty period must be between 60 and 84 months. The successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price.
