The tender concerns the expansion of Provincial Road No. 805 by constructing a pedestrian and cycle path over approximately km 28+875 to km 29+946. The works are to be completed within 15 months. The contractor must update and obtain approval for the permanent traffic management design, prepare a temporary traffic management design at its own cost, and ensure safe vehicle and pedestrian movement around the works. The contractor must also transfer the copyright in the required photographic and video documentation. The tender is not divided into lots. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 29 September 2026 at 00:00. The award criteria are price, weighted at 60%, and warranty period, weighted at 40%. A bid guarantee of PLN 78,340 must be provided before the submission deadline. Equivalent products and solutions are permitted where the procurement description refers to specific brands, patents, origins, standards or technical specifications.
