Construction of a playground with solar lighting in Strzeleczki on Osiedle Street

Summary

The tender covers the construction of a complete, ready-to-use playground with solar lighting near the primary school in Strzeleczki, including site preparation and earthworks, safe EPDM surfacing of 357.68 m², 365.13 m² of paths, concrete paving under benches, playground equipment, an educational information board, lawn restoration or rolled turf, tree planting and related works. The contract includes delivery, installation, testing, surveying, site organisation, waste disposal, completion documentation and obtaining documents required for use. Works must start within 7 days after the site is handed over and must be completed within 12 months of signing the contract. Price carries 60% and the warranty period 40%; a warranty of at least 60 months receives the maximum warranty score, while the permitted warranty range is at least 24 months.
