Construction of a boiler house for the school building in Lubrza on Szkolna Street

Summary

The tender concerns the construction of a detached, single-storey boiler house for the school at Szkolna Street 22 in Lubrza. The facility will include a 100 kW pellet boiler with associated equipment and a pellet storage room, connected to the school's existing central-heating system, together with water, sewerage, electrical, heating and ventilation installations. The works must be completed within 5 months of signing the contract. The bid deadline is 29 September 2026 at 10:00. A PLN 10,000 bid guarantee is required. Bids will be evaluated by price (60 points) and warranty period (40 points); only warranty periods of 24, 36, 48 or 60 months are accepted. The successful contractor must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross bid price and must employ persons performing the specified construction, installation and finishing activities under employment contracts where the work has the characteristics of an employment relationship.
