Enhancement of public areas in locality G-7 – Development of the park next to the Słubice Sports and Recreation Centre in Słubice

Summary

The tender concerns the renovation and development of the park next to the Słubice Sports and Recreation Centre. The works include installing small-scale architecture and sports equipment, repairing wooden piers, paths and recreational surfaces, creating wooden, mineral, gravel and other surfaces, laying out a forest singletrack trail, renovating the sledging track, planting vegetation, cleaning the pond and protecting old trees. The contract is not divided into lots and is to be performed within 18 months. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 30 September 2026 at 11:00. The evaluation uses price with a 60% weighting and warranty period with a 40% weighting. A PLN 30,000 bid guarantee is required, and performance security will also be required.
