Purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of RAM modules for expanding BLADE servers

Summary

The tender covers the purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of RAM modules to expand the contracting authority’s Dell BLADE servers. The scope includes 52 modules, installation at two locations in Warsaw and the Masovian Voivodeship, server start-up, memory detection checks, compatibility verification and correction of installation errors. The work must follow Dell documentation and antistatic procedures, include any necessary BIOS/iDRAC firmware updates and include ePSA testing and diagnostics. A 12-month warranty is required, with next-business-day response and repair during 08:00–16:00. Price is the only award criterion and carries 100%. The bid deadline is 23 September 2026 at 10:00, and bids must remain valid until 22 October 2026. The authority may negotiate with up to three highest-ranked bidders. No bid guarantee or performance security is required.
