Servicing services for DRÄGER anaesthesia equipment

Summary

The tender concerns a 36-month service contract for periodic technical inspections and maintenance of DRÄGER anaesthesia equipment. The service must follow the manufacturer’s service instructions and the applicable medical-device legislation and must be performed using certified test and measurement equipment. The price of periodic inspections, travel, inspection labour, and manufacturer-required parts and materials is included; fault diagnosis, repairs, repair travel, repair labour, and repair parts are charged separately after approval of a quotation. The award criteria are price (60%), service warranty (5%), spare-parts warranty (5%), and service quality (30%).
