Construction of new recreational and leisure facilities in Podlesie Małe

Summary

The tender covers construction of new recreational and leisure facilities in the Podlesie Małe area for residents and tourists. The works include a wooden shelter with a photovoltaic-powered mobile-device charging station, bicycle racks, a self-service bicycle repair station, movable metal barbecue hearths, outdoor gym equipment, a wooden pier, gravel paths, landscaping, new plantings and waste bins. The outdoor gym equipment must comply with PN-EN 16630. The contract is not divided into lots and is to be completed within 11 months. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 29 September 2026 at 11:00. Price carries 60% of the score and the quality warranty period carries 40%; the warranty must be at least 60 months and may receive the maximum stated score for a period of 69–72 months. A PLN 5,000 bid guarantee and performance security are required. Certain work must be performed by employees under employment contracts.
