The tender concerns recurring deliveries of printers, multifunction devices, scanners and photocopiers for the organisational units of Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences. Deliveries will be made over 12 months or until the contract value is exhausted, whichever occurs first. Individual deliveries must generally be completed within four weeks, or within two weeks for devices supplied at a 0% VAT rate. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish through the procurement platform by 25 September 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 60% and the warranty period 40% of the evaluation weighting. A PLN 1,600 bid guarantee is required.
